- 150 g powdered sugar
- 4–5 tsp lemon juice

- In another bowl, beat room temperature butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Mix in vegetable oil, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients while mixing on low speed; fold in poppy seeds gently.
