  • ¾ cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup cinnamon
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl; set aside.
  2. Flatten each biscuit with a rolling pin into a disc about ¼-inch thick.
  3. Place half of the discs on a work surface and add a spoonful of Nutella to the center of each.
  4. Top with another disc and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot to 350°F.
  6. Fry sealed doughnuts in batches for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  8. Roll warm doughnuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
