Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently with a spatula until just combined. If using nuts, chocolate chips, or raisins, fold them in now.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
