  • 2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 eggs
  • Orange sauce (store-bought)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions. Once cooked, cool in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut chicken into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings in a bowl. Coat the chicken pieces evenly.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  5. In the same skillet, cook chopped turkey turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Add cooked rice and frozen vegetables; stir well and season with soy sauce.
  7. Create a well in the center of the mixture and add whisked eggs; scramble until cooked through.
  8. Toss in the orange sauce before serving hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
