  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast in the slow cooker; season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Pour enough Parmesan Garlic sauce over to cover.
  2. Cook on low for about 4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F. Shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker with extra sauce if desired.
  3. Boil elbow macaroni for about 3 minutes; drain.
  4. Combine shredded chicken with macaroni, whole milk, Colby Jack cheese, and cream cheese in the slow cooker. Stir well and cook on low for another hour.
  5. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
