  • 6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
  • 21 ounces peach pie filling
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  4. Spread peach filling in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with cinnamon, then roll tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan, mix water with leftover peach glaze, then combine with butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer before removing from heat.
  6. Pour the sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar topping.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
