  • 1 package mini beef smokies (48 in pkg)
  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Sesame seeds and/or poppy seeds
  • Coarse salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the crescent roll cans and cut each roll into 1-inch strips, then divide those strips into 4 pieces.
  3. Wrap each mini beef smokie in one piece of dough and place on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and/or coarse salt if desired.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  5. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
