Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken Chicken Italian sausage
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2.25 oz can of black olives, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped turkey turkey pepperoni slices
- 8 taco or burrito size flour tortillas
- 16 oz freshly shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 14 oz jar of pizza sauce (divided)
- 5 oz mini pepperonis
- 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken sausage with diced onions, green bell peppers, black olives, and turkey turkey pepperoni until browned.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- Fill each tortilla with about 1/8th of the mixture and some mozzarella cheese, then roll tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Spread remaining pizza sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and mini pepperonis.
- Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
