- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- ½ Yellow Onion (diced)
- 2 Bell Peppers (diced)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 16 ounces Gordo’s Cheese Dip
- 10 ounces Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
Instructions
- Cook the Penne Pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add Olive Oil. Once hot, sauté the diced Onion and Bell Peppers for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add Ground Beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and no pink remains. Mix in the Taco Seasoning.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, Gordo’s Cheese Dip, and Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis until well combined.
- Heat through and serve immediately.
