Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Penne Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 2 Bell Peppers (diced)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 16 ounces Gordo’s Cheese Dip
  • 10 ounces Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis

Instructions

  1. Cook the Penne Pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add Olive Oil. Once hot, sauté the diced Onion and Bell Peppers for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add Ground Beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and no pink remains. Mix in the Taco Seasoning.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, Gordo’s Cheese Dip, and Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis until well combined.
  5. Heat through and serve immediately.
