Ingredients
- 14 ounces canned sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons dried onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drain sauerkraut thoroughly; mix with Russian dressing in a bowl.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer Swiss cheese, roast beef, and sauerkraut mixture on top. Finish with another layer of Swiss cheese and put the tops of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, onion soup mix, and brush over the roll tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
