Ingredients

  • 14 ounces canned sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons dried onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain sauerkraut thoroughly; mix with Russian dressing in a bowl.
  3. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer Swiss cheese, roast beef, and sauerkraut mixture on top. Finish with another layer of Swiss cheese and put the tops of the rolls back on.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, onion soup mix, and brush over the roll tops.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
