- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ⅛ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns (or brioche buns)
- 8 leaves lettuce
- ½ cup tartar sauce
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into ¼-inch pieces. In a food processor, blend one-third of the salmon with mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder until almost smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the processed mixture with the remaining chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Form into four patties about 4 inches wide. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Assemble by spreading tartar sauce on buns, placing lettuce and one patty on top.
