  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2½ cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • Additional butter for cooking

Instructions

  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing; fold in the cooked turkey sausage.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat; pour about ⅓ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges are lightly browned (about 2–3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown.
