- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

- 1 stalk celery (roughly chopped)
- ½ onion (roughly chopped)
- 2–3 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 3–4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup dry white grape juice (or stock)
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil shrimp shells with water, Creole seasoning, salt, celery, onion, garlic, and bay leaves for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh sieve and reserve the liquid.
- In another pan, melt butter or heat olive oil; sauté minced garlic, chopped onions, and diced celery until softened.
- Sprinkle flour into the mixture and stir for two minutes until golden.
- Gradually add grape juice (or stock) while stirring continuously.
- Pour in the reserved shrimp stock along with Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; stir well.
- Gently simmer before adding heavy cream; heat through without boiling.
