  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup broth
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning; set aside.

  6. Gradually add evaporated milk, whole milk, and broth while whisking to avoid lumps; simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in cheeses until melted into a smooth sauce; season to taste.

  9. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and arranged shrimp.
