  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 red pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 cup pineapple (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 lb large shrimp (cleaned)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the hot honey, soy sauce, honey, and pineapple juice to create the glaze. Set aside half for drizzling after grilling.
  2. Preheat your grill to 400°F.
  3. Thread the shrimp, red pepper pieces, and pineapple onto skewers alternately.
  4. Lightly brush each skewer with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn orange and curl up.
  6. Brush the skewers with half of the glaze after flipping for even flavor distribution.
  7. Once cooked through, drizzle with the remaining glaze before serving.
