Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 1 red pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1 cup pineapple (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1 lb large shrimp (cleaned)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the hot honey, soy sauce, honey, and pineapple juice to create the glaze. Set aside half for drizzling after grilling.
- Preheat your grill to 400°F.
- Thread the shrimp, red pepper pieces, and pineapple onto skewers alternately.
- Lightly brush each skewer with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn orange and curl up.
