Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs raw shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
- 2 celery ribs (diced)
- 3 tbsp scallions (diced)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise

- 4–5 brioche hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
