Ingredients

  • Flank steak
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh oregano
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Pizza dough
  • Cheese (mozzarella, chihuahua, cotija)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak by mixing garlic, red vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Add the steak and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  2. Grill the marinated flank steak over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side until cooked to medium. Allow it to rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare chimichurri by blending parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Preheat your oven to its highest setting.
  5. Roll out pizza dough and spread chimichurri over it. Add cheese evenly.
  6. Bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
