- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream

- Pat the turkey wings dry and season generously with Creole seasoning, poultry seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned turkey wings until golden brown on each side (about 4–5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced onion and green bell pepper until soft (around 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and thyme; cook for an additional minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well. Gradually whisk in chicken broth while scraping up browned bits from the pan. Allow it to simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return seared turkey wings to the skillet with the gravy mixture and add reserved seasoning along with pan drippings. Stir gently to coat.
