  • 2 packages Knorr Taco Rice
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 15 oz can Del Monte Southwest Corn
  • 15 oz can black beans
  • 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (half sharp cheddar, half pepper jack)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, combine uncooked Knorr Taco Rice, shredded chicken, black beans, corn, Rotel, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  3. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
