Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves (rough chopped)

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (or a mix of parmesan and mozzarella)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional, depending on cheese saltiness)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Crushed red pepper flakes (for heat)

  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano

  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and any optional seasonings.
Stir until everything is well combined. The cheese should coat the spinach evenly.

Step 3: Scoop & Shape the Crisps
Spoon small mounds (about 1 tbsp each) of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Space them about 2 inches apart as they will spread while baking.
Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon for even cooking.

Step 4: Bake to Crisp Perfection
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Watch carefully during the last few minutes to avoid burning.
Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes to crisp up.

Step 5: Serve or Store
Once cool, enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container.
They’ll stay crisp for several days at room temperature.

Notes

Use Dry Spinach – Pat spinach dry after washing to avoid soggy crisps.
Grate Your Own Cheese – For best texture and crispness, shred fresh cheese instead of using pre-shredded.
Don’t Overcrowd – Give the crisps space to melt and crisp evenly.
Bake Until Golden – Light golden brown edges mean they’re nice and crunchy.
Cool Completely – They’ll firm up as they cool.
