  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with olive oil and spices; let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook gluten-free farfalle pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. Sear the seasoned steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side; rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté onions, then stir in seasonings and flour before adding chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine sliced steak and cooked pasta with the alfredo sauce; toss well to coat.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
