- 1.25 ounce packet taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend shredded cheese)
- 2 cups finely diced tomatoes, divided use
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
