Just grab a bag of Doritos, fill it with seasoned ground beef or turkey, fresh veggies, and your favorite toppings, and you’re ready to dig in. This unique serving method adds excitement to any occasion while providing a delicious explosion of flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • 4 large single-serving bags of Doritos
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 Green pepper (chopped)
  • 3 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 jar Salsa
  • 8 ounces Sour cream
  • 1 package Shredded cheese
  • 1 box Spanish rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey according to the taco seasoning instructions using only half of the seasoning packet due to the flavor from the Doritos.
  2. Prepare the Spanish rice as per package instructions.
  3. Chop the tomato and green pepper into small pieces.
  4. Cut each Doritos bag along one side for easy filling.
  5. Assemble by adding seasoned meat, Spanish rice, chopped veggies, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and cheese into each bag.
  6. Grab a fork and enjoy your Walking Tacos!
