- 1 lb cooked & shredded chicken
- 2 cups Chihuahua cheese
- Fajita size flour tortillas (11)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz green chiles

- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, 1 cup cheese, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, dried cilantro, and chili powder.
- Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
