  • 1 cup crispy turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 10 ounces drained Rotel
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 25 ounces cooked cheese ravioli

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Lower heat to low and add olive oil and butter until melted. Stir in flour to create a roux and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until nearly simmering. Add shredded cheddar cheese in small handfuls, stirring until melted. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, and seasoned salt.
  4. Return cooked beef and turkey bacon to the skillet; mix well. Gently fold in cooked ravioli until coated with sauce. Serve immediately.
