- 10 ounces drained Rotel
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 25 ounces cooked cheese ravioli
