- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 6 Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1 Taco Seasoning Packet
- 2 (10 oz) Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel Tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Queso Cheese Dip
