  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 12 Taco Sized Flour Tortillas
  • 15 oz Can of Refried Beans
  • 10 oz Can of Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Tomatoes and Green Onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess grease and mix in taco seasoning with water; simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a separate skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and fry tortillas until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  4. Assemble pizzas by spreading refried beans on tortillas, adding seasoned beef and cheese, then topping with another tortilla.
