Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend (divided)
- 8 oz diced green chiles
- 10 oz can Rotel
- 10 oz green enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, mix cream cheese, diced green chiles, Rotel, enchilada sauce, sour cream, chicken stock, and taco seasoning until heated through.
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and spread half a cup of the creamy mixture on the bottom.
