  • 1.52 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • 2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 2 tsp Herbs De Provence
  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb pasta (cooked al dente)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a 6-quart crockpot and season with Mrs. Dash seasoning, chicken seasoning, and Herbs De Provence.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, and chicken broth; stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. About 15 minutes before serving, cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  5. Shred cooked chicken and return it to the crockpot; stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta; season with salt and pepper before serving.
