Ingredients
- 1.5–2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 2 tsp chicken seasoning
- 2 tsp Herbs De Provence
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lb pasta (cooked al dente)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken in a 6-quart crockpot and season with Mrs. Dash seasoning, chicken seasoning, and Herbs De Provence.
- Add cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, and chicken broth; stir well.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours until chicken is tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- Shred cooked chicken and return it to the crockpot; stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Mix in cooked pasta; season with salt and pepper before serving.
