- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 cup jasmine rice (rinsed)
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

- ground mustard
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned and drain excess grease.
- Stir in minced garlic, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickle juice.
- Add rinsed jasmine rice along with beef broth and tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Bring to a quick boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted. Top with remaining cheese if desired.
