  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (per oat cup)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 3 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until fully combined.
  2. Add the rolled oats to the mixture, stirring until evenly mixed.
  3. Portion the oat mixture into silicone molds using about 2 tablespoons per cup, pressing down firmly.
  4. For added richness, place a dollop of peanut butter on top of each oat cup or mix protein powder with peanut butter before spreading it on top. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth and drizzle over each cup.
  6. Return the cups to the freezer for another 20 minutes before serving.
