Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (diced)
  • 3 Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Season diced chicken with seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Remove from heat.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and stir in chicken bouillon powder. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry and stir into the skillet mixture. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
