- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
- ⅔ cup water
- 1 (15-oz) jar salsa con queso
- 8 (7-8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1½ cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and pour salsa into the bottom.
