Ingredients
- 1.5 lb baby potatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/2 head chopped cabbage (5–6 cups)
- 14 oz smoked beef sausage
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- Optional: 1 Tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the onion into 1-inch pieces and place in the bottom of a slow cooker along with the baby potatoes.
- Chop the cabbage into 1-inch pieces and add it to the slow cooker with steak seasoning.
- Slice the smoked beef sausage into ½-inch rounds and add to the slow cooker along with the chicken broth. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Once finished cooking, stir well to mix ingredients, adjust seasonings if needed, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
