- 1 yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 poblano pepper (or green bell pepper)
- 1 red bell pepper
- Tortillas
- Lime wedges
- Pico de gallo
- Sour cream

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper in a large Ziplock bag. Add the steak and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat Oven: Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heating element and preheat broiler on high or to 500°F.
- Prepare Shrimp: In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil and taco seasoning until coated.
- Arrange on Sheet Pan: Place marinated steak in the center of the sheet pan and surround it with onions and peppers. Drizzle with remaining olive oil; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Broil Steak: Broil for about 5 minutes before flipping; then broil for another 5 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Rest Steak: Remove steak from the pan; let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Cook Shrimp: Spread shrimp on the same sheet pan; broil for about 4–6 minutes until opaque.
- Serve Fajitas: Slice rested steak and return it to the sheet pan alongside shrimp and veggies. Serve hot with warm tortillas and toppings.
